Supper fit: Tennessee has finally found their missing Rib under head coach josh Heupel In this..

Only four colleges are still in the running for Faizon Brandon, the nation’s top signal-caller in the 2026 recruiting class, who attends Grimsley High School in North Carolina. Tennessee, LSU, NC State, and Alabama.

Under head coach Josh Heupel, Brandon definitely fits the profile of a Tennessee quarterback. Heupel has placed a premium on arm strength, length, and agility at the position. Brandon would undoubtedly fit right in with Knoxville’s offensive scheme. He has a throwing shoulder that is electrified at 6’4″, 195 pounds, and physical attributes that make him resemble both Nico Iamaleava and Georgie MacIntyre. Brandon can and will also contribute to the running game with his legs. The Vols offense has been greatly accelerated by the quarterback’s ability to use his legs.

Brandon set a commitment date for August 3rd. He’s entering his Junior season at Grimsley. Tennessee currently has ZERO commits in the 2026 class. So, if they were to start it off with a bang, Faizon Brandon would be exactly that.
