Following a highly publicized spat between himself and Ali Carter, the world number one Ronnie O’Sullivan has made the decision to draft a new policy for his own welfare. After Carter was accused of “snotting” on the floor during the Masters final, O’Sullivan went on an incredible rant earlier this year, telling him to “sort his f***king life out.” January saw “The Rocket” win a record-tying seventh Masters title at the Alexandra Palace, 10-7. When he was little, I played with him and we shared a lot of things,”He said in an interview with ITV: “I’ve learned my lesson and no longer comment on players. If they say something negative about me and it makes the headlines, I don’t see any benefit in it. “What do I really stand to gain from this? In actuality, I’m not getting anything out of this. I just want to erase those stuff because I’m content with my life, my career, and what I do. All I have to do is turn that into policy.” O’Sullivan went on to say: “As far as I’m concerned it’s not something I want to get involved in ever again.” Picture courtesy of Getty Picture courtesy of Getty Over the years, the two have had several disagreements.
