Just in: loud! Mark pope Kentucky’ officially finally wining the race” for a well known speedy basketball genius’ with so much skills in his pocket” according Joe Tipton of On3″ here is the full deal progress…
Caleb Wilson, a top-five recruit, is predicted to join Kentucky by one of the most well-known recruiting insiders in high school basketball.
Joe Tipton of On3 claims that Kentucky is currently leading in the clubhouse, even if he is not formally putting in a “RPM” for the Kentucky Wildcats to get Caleb Wilson.
In speaking with sources, Kentucky is the program carrying the most momentum for Wilson. However, I am paying close attention to see if Arkansas is able to get him on campus. I expect John Calipari and Razorbacks to be a strong contender to UK if so.
Tipton put his confidence level at 40%, standard for when he isn’t ready to make an official RPM pick.
Jamie Shaw of On3 also selected Kentucky for Wilson in a different article, with a 45% confidence level. Shaw also wants to check if Wilson visits Arkansas after a recent trip there was postponed, so he is not yet ready to log an official RPM pick. According to Shaw and Tipton, Kentucky’s biggest rival is the Hogs.
With three 5-stars and one 4-star in Mark Pope’s first recruiting class in Lexington, Kentucky would solidly rank second overall if they were to land Wilson, who is ranked No. 8 in 247 Sports and No. 5 overall.
The early signing period runs from November 13-20, so time is running out for Wilson to commit in time for it.
Going to be a big month for this recruitment.
