A day after rumors circulated that Laila Rouass, an actress on EastEnders, and Ronnie O’Sullivan had called it quits on their engagement, the two shared a kiss. The couple, who had been dating for a year and a half, reportedly broke up once more. However, recent photos reveal the couple is still quite cozy with one another.
The EastEnders actress and the snooker great reconnected for a dog walk and exchanged hugs and kisses following rumors that they had broken up.
With their all-black ensembles for the event, the ex-couple appeared to have put their past behind them for their outdoor outing. Even though it appeared as though they were getting along well as they walked their dogs, rumors have it that Ronnie didn’t stay the night with the actress. The Sun was informed by a source that the couple is “still split but keeping things friendly”.
It was claimed on Thursday the pair had called time on their coupling as they were “going in different directions”. Just a month ago, Laila had appeared on This Morning not wearing her diamond engagement ring that Ronnie gave her in 2013. The source continue to tell the publication Ronnie spending months on the road, travelling to countries such as China and Saudi Arabia for big-money competitions, and Laila concentrating on her career had caused their link-up to become distant.

However, the insider confessed that the pair’s closest pals were hopeful the split was just “a blip” similar to their brief parting in 2022. The source concluded: “They’ve tried so hard but they just can’t make it work.”
