BREAKING: Patriots professional pass rusher” mathew judon has officially send a brutal warning” about his present  $11.25 million annual contract” here are his words….

Despite being unhappy with his present salary, Matthew Judon, a pass rusher with the New England Patriots, has decided not to skip any training camp drills. According to The Associated Press, Judon stated on Wednesday, “I got to play on it because my signature’s on it.

” Do I believe that to be my worth? No. Again, though, that is not my decision. I’m hoping to play here for a long time and help one of the league’s top defenses succeed. If it’s not true, then it’s not true.

It’s challenging to remain envious or jealous. To be honest, though, I have to take care of myself. I don’t have to stay here for a long time, even if everyone would like me to. I would happily pay myself a large sum of money.

” Judon, who turns 32 during training camp, will only receive a base pay of $6.5 million in 2024; also, the $11.25 million annual average that he currently receives from his contract is far less than that of other edge rushers of similar caliber. But he’s coming off a season marred by injuries, where he only saw action in four games and recorded four sacks.

While other players seeking new deals hold out or hold in, Judon plans to participate in camp during coach Jerod Mayo’s first season.

Judon has made it known all offseason that he wants a new contract. While the Patriots’ new front office spent the offseason paying its incumbents, the veteran edge rusher has been out in the cold.

Judon stated that if the contract uncertainty continues, he intends to stay in New England and steer clear of the trade talk that would undoubtedly arise. “I don’t want to move again, but as I tell my daughter, who’s 9, you can only control what you can control,” Judon stated.

“Due to the locker room, you see guys like Josh Uche and Anfernee Jennings, two other Patriots linebackers, sign back here. A large number of guys that enter here are hooked on it. I want to be in this society because it’s intoxicating.”

If Judon doesn’t get the payday he seeks and is shining on a club with a losing record in a rebuilding season, the trade chatter will only increase closer to the deadline.
